| Description | Hi Kerwin There is an issue that No audio output at power-on TV or STB in field , Audio output is OK after changing TV volume It's a situation that I can't understand in common sense. Anyway, this issue seems to occur on certain TV lists. Smatra UMAX / PANG32F JVC / LT-40MK570 Smatra/SHE-320XQ UMAX / PANG32F we can't get the log from the field, so we are doing the internal test . A similar type of issue occurred on certain TV. I attached the log here. (an issue was found while changing the hdmi resolution.) QA Tester have changed the resolution by running hdmitest.sh in the attached log at 17:02:52 ( ./hdmitest.sh 1080p60hz 444,8bit 11 ) Then there was a issue where audio was not output. and the tester changed the volume of the TV using the TV RCU at 17:03:12. After that, the audio output was OK. Is there anything in this log that could be a clue? Please check it Thank you YK.Jung | ||||

Hi Mr. Kerwin Chen and Mr. Jacky Chiang, This issue is registered in SKB JIRA on following lINK. https://jira.skbroadband.com/browse/BTVV-1841 I uploaded 2 logs. One is log that issue reproduced and the other is normal log. Both are FHD TVs. And currently all TV that have same issues are FHD TV and use MSTAR SoC, such as Smartra UMAX / PANG32F - MSTAR 3553 JVC / LT-40MK570 - MSTAR 3553 Smartra / SHE-320XQ - MSTAR 3393 Anam TV / MT-400XFD(derived model name : CST-401IM) / MSTAR3393 |
